About

Sixty-five of Bernard’s own pill bottles, filled with concrete & lead shot, scratched from being dragged, are chained together for an installation at the Fine Arts Center, Colorado College. Once entangled & held together by the artist’s body, these remnants ask, “what does it mean to be dependent on medicines developed by institutions that prioritize financial gain over public good.”
